Strategic Planning

Frause worked with the City of Lakewood, Washington, to develop and facilitate a multi-jurisdictional workshop to gather critical information regarding the needs of communities affected by the planned merger and expansion of the U.S. Army’s Fort Lewis and McChord Air Force Base. The workshop was a success, bringing together more than 80 influential individuals in the greater Lakewood area.
