The Schuster Group, a Seattle-area real estate developer, required the development and implementation of a comprehensive media relations campaign to aid in marketing the 12-story, 150-home Mosler Lofts condominiums in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Planned during the condominium construction boom, The Schuster Group needed a way to distinguish Mosler Lofts.

Solution

Frause designed and implemented a media outreach campaign with a focus on the property’s “green” design, the use of fine art as an amenity, and the integration of sustainable building practices with elegant design. Tactics included aggressive outreach to business and lifestyle publications (both hard copy and online),as well as real estate sections in Seattle’s two daily newspapers.

Outcomes/Results

The media campaign was successful in creating extensive local, national and regional coverage. Numerous articles were published in local consumer and business publications. Prior to opening for sales, well over 1,200 potential buyers had signed on the Mosler Lofts VIP list for the opportunity to purchase one of the 150+ homes.
