Outcomes/Results
Strategic Advising – Frause has assisted McKinstry in creating and executing its communications program. To successfully manage its rapid growth, McKinstry hired a Vice President of Marketing and Business Development to organize the company’s communication landscape. Strategic communications planning has now become a central focus of the company’s marketing and communication approach. Frause is working with McKinstry to roll out a plan that supports the company nation-wide.
Community-based Social Marketing – Frause collaborated with McKinstry to develop a program that reaches tenants within buildings, ultimately achieving behavior change in the actions they take within the buildings. In its infancy, the program focused on K-12 schools, but will be expanded into several industry sectors. In addition to developing the program, Frause created the marketing and communications tools that reach the tenants and engage them throughout the process. The central element of this work included the highly interactive website, www.PeoplePowerPlanet.com.
Graphic Design – Frause is truly a partner with McKinstry in the development of its graphic design and creative projects, including websites, videos, direct mail campaigns, e-marketing materials, internal communications materials and more. The firm also created a brand standards guide to inform the development of all creative pieces.
